If your item is not suitable and isn't a suitable ‘fit’ then under Distant Selling Regulations you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund (excluding postal charges if any).
Items should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for arranging returns and will be responsible for payment of the return delivery.
We will refund the original credit card used for the purchase as soon as the goods have arrived back with us, or offer an exchange or replacement. Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be received following receipt of the goods.
Products that are made to specific order cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.
